Well, Jessie's giving out free haircuts this evening and my turn is coming up shortly so this is going to be much briefer than last night. ;o)
Kat and Greyson came for a visit and it was too wonderful watching the two little boys cooing at each other. :o) Kat also very generously went with me to Ukrop's as I hate going grocery shopping by myself. We had sushi and guac for lunch--a nice combination we thought. ;o)
Josh and Dana arrived LATE last night and they arrived this afternoon with Nana, Pop and Sammie. The house has been abuzz with laughter and stories as we all catch-up and enjoy each other's company. Tomorrow will be a busy busy day as we get ready for Saturday. There will be a trip to Costco and much house cleaning and I'll be making a very delicious homemade yellow cake with homemade chocolate frosting for Josh's birthday tomorrow.
I would LOVE to type more, but Lil is a wreck and crying her eyes out. So, I'll post sparklies tomorrow night.

I am so glad you're having this family time!
It makes my head spin just reading everything that you have going on!! Hope the haircuts are as fab as always and that tomorrow isn't too hectic for you.
I love your lunch combo. I often, after shopping, make what I call a crazy dinner which is dinner out of the things I was craving most at the store. I am really enjoying reading about you and Jess together.
Been thinking about you an awful lot lately. I hope your weekend is full of sparkly sweet memories of Hannah. You have my best hopes for a peaceful 19th...

Hi Rachel --
Just wanted you to know that we're thinking of you this weekend. Thank you for sharing like you have in the last year ... your story has been amazing and inspiring and has reminded me daily to live life a little sparklier and not take the small things for granted. Enjoy the party ... Hannah would be proud, I'm sure. Can't wait to see pictures!

You are in my thoughts. And I am so glad you are surrounded by all you love right now! Tomorrow is going to be wonderful.
Don't you just love a family member who can cut hair?? Such a blessing.
I love reading that your home is buzzing with love and laughter, it makes my heart dance for you. This is my sparklie for the day. I just know that Saturday is going to be such a beautiful day, full of laughter, wonderful memories, some tears for sure, but joy in celebrating the most wonderful sparklie butterfly princess. I will be praying all day for your joy to be full Rachel. I love you.

Well at least it is the good kind of busy :) I wish that I could be with you all on Saturday. I don't have a way to get there, but I will most certainly be there in spirit - and wearing any and all sparklies! Big hugs Rach...
Hugs, peace and love today and every day!
I have been pondering this idea in my mind and thinking of Hannah and all of you a TON lately - I read your blog daily unless I am away on vacation. You inspire me! Anyway, back to the idea I had, I think you should sprinkle glitter (Fairy Dust) around for your "Hannah Day" tomorrow, in the grass, on the outside stuff! Just a tad bit here and a tad bit there! It just sounds so much like Hannah! Prayer for all of you!
I am glad that you are surronded by family! Enjoy!
Love & Hugs,
Jennifer
I've been reading your site for the past year and I'm finally coming out of lurking status to let you know I will be thinking of you tomorrow. You are such an inspiration to me as a new mom, and reading your site is one of my favorite parts of the day. Thank you!

Hi Rach, I'm heading off to "no-internet-land" for a few days, so wanted to come by before I go, to give you and Brien my love for today. I am thinking of you and remembering your sparkly monkey.

Just wanted to leave a little note to tell you, though I rarely comment, I check in pretty much daily and just wanted to say that your strength and candor have blessed me....I have thought and prayed for you all often this week and especially today....I pray for a perfectly sparklie day for all of you who know and love Hannah...may you truly know His joy and peace even as the day winds down and you reflect on all that came with it.
Love and prayers from Canada
